Objectives:
– Increasing green skills of 80 adults from 8 cities (Spain and Italy), 16 in total, transforming them into green agents of change (+30%)
– Developing responsibility and environmental protection (+30%) creating 8 outdoor experiential trainings per country with non-formal methodologies for disadvantaged learners
– Promoting the inclusion of learners with intergenerational, multicultural peer learning (+30%)
– Improving the competences of the 4 partners in bilingual outdoor learning and international cooperation (+50%)
Implementation:
4 country-specific green bilingual outdoor trainings have been implementented in 8 cities/outskirts in Italy/Spain during for a total of 16 outdoor learning lessons where participants with fewer opportunities and low green-skilled teachers have gained practical knowledge in the nature based on a tailored curriculum about how to reduce waste, protect the environment, be sustainable, become green role models in their communities, at work, with their families, promoting inclusion and diversity with non formal methodologies.
Results:
Learners and trainers have improved: – green and methodological skills -inclusion, sense of belonging to a local community and responsibility -active citizenship skills – multilingual skills -digital skills in online cooperation and creation of dissemination products – intercultural and intergenerational dialogue – International cooperation and sense of belonging to Europe -skills in creating new outdoor training course.

– Migliorare le competenze dei 4 partner nell’apprendimento bilingue outdoor e nella cooperazione internazionale (+50%)
Implementazione:
Sono stati implementati 4 percorsi formativi outdoor bilingue green specifici per paese in 8 città/periferie di Italia e Spagna, per un totale di 16 lezioni di apprendimento outdoor, in cui i partecipanti con minori opportunità e gli insegnanti con scarse competenze green hanno acquisito conoscenze pratiche nella natura, basate su un curriculum personalizzato, su come ridurre gli sprechi, proteggere l’ambiente, essere sostenibili e diventare modelli di ruolo green nelle loro comunità, al lavoro e in famiglia, promuovendo l’inclusione e la diversità attraverso l’apprendimento di metodologie non formali.
Risultati:
Discenti e formatori hanno migliorato: – competenze green e metodologiche – inclusione, senso di appartenenza alla comunità locale e responsabilità – competenze di cittadinanza attiva – competenze multilinguistiche – competenze digitali nella cooperazione online e nella creazione di prodotti di disseminazione – dialogo interculturale e intergenerazionale – cooperazione internazionale e senso di appartenenza all’Europa – competenze nella creazione di nuovi corsi di formazione outdoor.
